Athletes pursue class action lawsuit against NCAA (Yahoo! Sports)

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Lawyers for former student athletes are seeking Thursday to turn their lawsuit against the NCAA over compensation into a class action representing thousands of collegiate competitors.
