HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) -- Gov. Tom Corbett will learn within the next few weeks whether his federal lawsuit against the NCAA over the penalties handed down against Penn State will be allowed to continue, following a nearly two-hour hearing Monday in Harrisburg.
