AP source: Arkansas State hires Bryan Harsin (Yahoo! Sports)

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- A person familiar with the negotiations tells The Associated Press that Texas co-offensive coordinator Bryan Harsin will become the head coach at Arkansas State.
