DAs want Penn State fines to fund PA child centers (Yahoo! Sports)

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Prosecutors in Pennsylvania hope to steer some of the $60 million in fines Penn State must pay the NCAA to children's advocacy centers across the state.
