ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) Central Florida will appear before the NCAA's Committee on Infractions hoping it will accept self-imposed sanctions the university has implemented in response to allegations that the Knights' football and basketball programs were involved with runners for sports agents, and cash payments and gifts to recruits.
