Notre Dame TE Ragone transfers to Kansas (Yahoo! Sports)

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) Notre Dame tight end Mike Ragone has signed a grant-in-aid form to complete his transfer to Kansas, where he will be reunited with former coach Charlie Weis.
