New Arizona coach Rich Rodriguez has hired West Virginia's Jeff Casteel as defensive coordinator. Casteel will be reunited with Rodriguez, who rose to prominence as a college coach with his success at West Virginia. Casteel has been defensive coordinator and linebackers coach for the Mountaineers since 2003 and was co-coordinator the season before that.
